AN UPDATE RE: PROOF OF HOMEOWNER’S INSURANCE

Great news, we have had EIGHT residents either send proof of Homeowner’s Insurance, or contact their agent to have proof of insurance sent to the HOA Treasurer!  That’s 44% of us who have responded! Haven’t contacted your agent yet? Please try to do so at your earliest convenience. Let’s shoot for 100%!

Please contact your agent and name The Highlands at Indian Creek HOA as an "Interested Party" on your policy at your earliest convenience so that we can get updates when you renew your policy and won’t have to ask you to send us proof of your coverage. Ask your agent to use 3477 Avalon Dr. Unit 132 as a mailing address for the HOA. Thanks to all residents.
