The HOA recently renewed its Commercial Policy for the Highlands at Indian Creek, which covers our grounds and the exterior of buildings. Each homeowner is required to have a current Condominium policy to cover loss or damage to interiors and personal belongings at the unit you own. (See Article IX, Section 4 of the CCRs)
Please contact your agent and name The Highlands at Indian Creek HOA as an "Interested Party" on your policy at your earliest convenience so that we can get updates when you renew your policy and won’t have to ask you to send us proof of your coverage. Ask your agent to use 3477 Avalon Dr. Unit 132 as a mailing address for the HOA.
